HAYNE Solutions announced today that it has acquired Bidetime Limited, a fellow IBM Business Partner. Bidetime specialises in Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics in the public sector; specifically in NHS and Police organisations. It has been trading since 1984.
Neil Whitmore, Managing Director of HAYNE Solutions said,
“Acquiring Bidetime makes sense to HAYNE. Bidetime specialises in BI, Data Warehousing and Predictive which are target growth areas for us. This transaction is consistent with our policy of growing via acquisition. I look forward to developing the Bidetime business.”
Bidetime offers training, consultancy, in-house solutions and support for Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics and will be situated in HAYNE Solutions’ offices in Stratford-upon-Avon.
