IBM Cognos Controller has been a leading solution for financial consolidation, reporting and analysis for over two decades. It has helped thousands of organisations streamline their financial close processes, ensure compliance and deliver accurate results.
As part of IBM’s commitment to advancing and modernising Controller, a significant change has been introduced – a name change to IBM Controller. Notably, the Cognos brand has been dropped from the product name, although it will continue to be associated with the IBM Cognos Analytics Solution.
IBM Product Manager, Paul Allen and HAYNE Solutions Founder, Neil Whitmore sat down to discuss the new changes in product name.
What does this mean for existing customers?
The name change does not affect the functionality, features or support of the solution. Existing customers will continue to receive the same level of service and quality they have come to expect from IBM. The name change will be reflected in the product documentation, user interface, marketing materials and contracts.
