MPAC was looking to move away from an existing consolidation solution. It was an outdated system and had been implemented several years ago. This meant knowledge of the system had diminished over time. The consolidation solution also lacked the advanced capabilities to easily create new or customisable reports. There was no way of adapting the solution to MPAC’s specifications as it was no longer supported. Something needed to change.
Enter HAYNE Solutions and CCH Tagetik
From initial conversations with HAYNE, the clear solution to improve and modernise MPAC’s consolidation process was CCH Tagetik. The CCH Tagetik solution would alleviate the challenges MPAC was facing and allow a far greater complexity of consolidation to be achieved and an ability to produce the reports they needed.
Project success
The implementation of Tagetik has provided MPAC with much wider capabilities when consolidating.

Outcome
With the move towards a more up-to-date, fit-for-purpose consolidation solution using CCH Tagetik, MPAC now has a much stronger, reliable, and in-depth consolidation process, with the capability to produce more complex reports.
